ZaZa UMKM was founded in 2003, moving after the Poso riots, ZaZa comes from the names of my two children, Liza & Azza. Thank God, it has run smoothly until now. Zaza produces several products including 6 variants (nuts, cheese, coffee, moringa, cashew chocolate, walnut chocolate), various dry cakes, ZaZa also produces cakes without flour (gluten free), layered cookies (coconut flour and banana flour), soy sauce, VCO, Bajabu serundeng, sambal roa, fried onions. The advantages of ZaZa products are prioritizing local feed ingredients, coconut from water so that the dregs are not wasted, which we make into products such as soy sauce, flour, vco, bajabu serundeng.
