Founded in 2008 in Lumban Siagian Julu Village, Rumah_Ulos was born with a mission to preserve culture and nature as sources of community livelihood. Officially established in 2016, it actively empowers rural women through creative weaving programs, regardless of educational background. Our main products include: Traditional and modern (Gen Z) Ulos Batak Songket for ceremonial and party fashion Men’s and women’s fashion with ulos fabric Home decor and ulos-based accessories Our strengths: Reviving ancient ulos motifs Eco-friendly materials (wood fiber, cotton, natural dyes) Inclusive production by women’s groups
