Their flagship product is 100% pure beef floss, traditionally cooked over firewood to preserve authentic flavor and seasoned with classic spices. The product range also includes chicken and fish floss, jerky, and potato mustofa. Each batch is prepared using traditional, hygienic methods and delivers a unique texture—crispy yet tender—rich meat aroma, and premium taste. Their products have reached markets in Greater Jakarta, Sulawesi, and overseas, including the Netherlands and Malaysia, and have received recognition from the Ministry of Trade as a notable local brand.
