Ecoprint Batik Dahon
Craft
Tasikmalaya
Ecoprint Batik Dahon was established in Cijulang, Pangandaran in 2018 through the initiative of Asep Kartiwa and Elin Herlina. It utilizes natural ecoprint techniques—creating patterns using leaves, flowers, and natural dyes extracted from plants such as nipah fruit (dahon), sappan wood, mahogany bark, and more. Their products include fabrics, bags, tote bags, pashminas, shoes, hats, and face masks. The results are eco-friendly, exclusive due to each piece's unique pattern, and fully handmade without machines. Their products have reached major markets across Indonesia and have been exported to the Netherlands, Thailand, Korea, and Hong Kong.
